How to Report an Issue
If you experience any problems with your order, please contact us within 30 days of delivery with the following details:

A description of the issue.
Clear photos of the defective, damaged, or incorrect item.

Refunds
Refunds or replacements will be issued under the following circumstances:
The item arrived damaged or defective.
You received an item that was not what you ordered.
Refunds are processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 5-10 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.
Cancellation Policy
Orders can only be canceled or modified within 12 hours of placing the order. After this period, production begins, and changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
Return Shipping
If a return is required due to a mistake on our end (defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will cover the return shipping costs. Otherwise, customers are responsible for return shipping fees.
